No prepayment is required however a valid credit card must be provided at time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be processed:
3 days prior to arrival if your booking is for travel in the low season
14 days prior to arrival if your booking is for travel in the high season.
If booking is made within the 3 days before arrival in the low season or 14 days in the high season full payment will be processed from the credit card.
If arriving after 7pm on day of arrival we will process full payment from your credit card.
All tours booked must be prepaid in order for us to book the tours for you.
We can guarantee specific room types i.e. Large Villa or Queen Villa however we cannot guarantee specific villa units i.e. Villa Number 6
Rate: The daily accommodation rate is based on your time of booking, your current stay dates, length of stay, the number of occupants and villa type. Any alterations to these details may alter your nightly rate.
You may cancel or make changes (based on availability) free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel your booking in the 3 days before arrival.
High Season – Easter Long Weekend Friday – Monday & Dec 20th to January 26th:
You may cancel or make changes (based on availability) free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel your booking in the 14 days before arrival.
No shows forfeit any prepayment and the total amount owing will be charged to your credit card or handed over to debt collectors.
Kellys Beach Resort WILL NOT be held responsible for costs, loss of payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans. We recommended travel insurance be considered given this condition.
Any balance of monies owing is to be paid in full on arrival. Guests who are unable to make payment on arrival will not be checked in.
Current Credit Card and Photo Identification need to be sighted and recorded by our staff. We reserve the right to process the $200 security deposit from the credit card provided during your stay. If Credit Card is not available a $200 cash security deposit will need to be paid on check in.
During Your Stay:
Credit card details will be used to charge any incidentals or any fees associated with damage or breakages to resort property. A fee will be charged if the villa is not left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. A minimum requirement is dishes washed, dried and put away & all rubbish placed in bins.
We have a strict NO PARTY or NO EXCESS NOISE Policy. All visitors must leave by 10 pm. Person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their villa or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. If you have guests staying in your villa that have not been booked and paid for, $30 per person will be charged to your account. No refunds will be given for early departure
Smoking: Kellys Beach Resort operates as a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on villa balconies with the door closed. Should any Kellys Beach Resort representative detect any smell of smoke a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
Once you have secured your reservation by way of providing your credit card or accepting the terms on our
website you are there legally bound.
Data Use, Storage & Privacy:,
Kellys Beach Resort will use information obtained through the booking process for purposes associated with the booking as well as looking up previous stay information. Credit card information is not stored outside the month of guest’s departure. If a guest does not meet the terms of agreement that is signed to on check-in (i.e. does not pay their bill or has damages owing) the booking will not be checked out, therefore credit card details will be held longer. Demographic data may be gathered but it is not personalised. We will use you email address for marketing purposes, of which you can opt out at any time. Kellys Beach Resort has ensured any marketing platform used does not use our guest data at a personalised level.
